Job summary

Avina is seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team across Brisbane West and Ipswich, with potential involvement in Toowoomba. You will deliver evidence-informed paediatric services in home, school, and telehealth settings, while collaborating with families and educators to support language, social communication, and mealtime goals.

You’ll be supported by supervision and opportunities for shadowing and professional development within a national allied health

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology completed and eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience with paediatric participants preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver paediatric speech pathology services across home, school, and telehealth settings.
• Conduct assessments and intervention planning.
• Support communication, language, social communication and/or mealtime goals.
• Work flexibly across home, school, community, clinic and telehealth settings.
• Collaborate with families, educators and multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Participate in supervision, peer learning and professional development.
