Job summary

HealthcareLink Trust in Keilor East is seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join a private clinic dedicated to children with communication difficulties. You will assess, diagnose, and treat preschool and school-aged children, delivering ethical, evidence-based therapy in collaboration with teachers, psychologists and other health professionals.

Essential requirements include SPA membership and eligibility for its self-regulation program, 2–3 years of paediatric experience, and a current

Qualifications

• Membership with Speech Pathology Australia and eligibility for SPA self-regulation program.
• Minimum 2–3 years of paediatric caseload experience (preschool and school-aged).
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental delays.
• Current Working with Children Check and driver's license.
• Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose preschool and school-aged children with communication disorders.
• Develop and review individualised treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload including school and preschool settings.
• Prepare reports for assessments, NDIS, and Medicare.
• Collaborate with teachers, psychologists and other health professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in cloud-based software.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and mentoring sessions.
