Job summary

NSW Health's Hornsby Hospital Paediatric ward is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join a small but busy team. The role is permanent part-time (24 hours per week) with remuneration of $41.23–$57.88 per hour.

You will coordinate and deliver high-quality paediatric care, supported by the clinical nurse educator (CNE/CNC) and NUM. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds are encouraged to apply, and you will work within a multidisciplinary team in a ward caring for patients from

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Current clinical knowledge and clinical problem solving ability.
• A commitment to excellence in nursing practice and continuing professional development.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• An understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the Registered Nurse.
