Job summary

Metro North Hospital & Health Service – Redcliffe Hospital is seeking a Paediatric Registrar/Principal House Officer to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care for children and young people under supervision.

You will assess and manage paediatric patients, coordinate investigations and treatment plans, maintain medical records, and support education within a supportive health-care environment.

Qualifications

• Provide medical services to paediatric patients under supervision by senior staff.
• Perform patient interviews and clinical examinations to identify health concerns.
• Coordinate investigations and plan treatments with consultants and teams.
• Conduct regular clinical reviews to monitor patient progress and safety.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records and discharge summaries.
