Job summary

Better Health Network in Melbourne’s south‑east is seeking a Paediatric Podiatrist to join our growing Child, Adult & Family Therapies team. You’ll provide evidence‑based assessment and intervention to children and families, helping them move, grow and participate more fully in everyday life.

Working within a large multidisciplinary network, you’ll collaborate with Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Dietitians to deliver holistic care and

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in Podiatry.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum two years’ paediatric podiatry experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based assessment and intervention to children and families.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
• Support mobility, development and participation goals for children.
• Engage with families, educators and community services to promote effective care.

About The Role

You'll provide evidence-based assessment, intervention and education to children and families, supporting mobility, development and participation goals.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver person-centred care for children with a wide range of developmental, neurological, musculoskeletal and disability-related needs.

In This Role, You'll

• Deliver assessment, treatment and education to children and their families
• Develop tailored intervention plans to support functional outcomes and participation
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary clinicians to provide coordinated care
• Build strong relationships with families, educators and community partners
• Participate in case conferencing, quality improvement and clinical governance activities
  
  

About You

You're a passionate and family-centred clinician who enjoys working collaboratively and helping children achieve their goals.

You'll Bring

• Bachelor of Podiatry (or equivalent recognised qualification)
• Current AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist
• Experience working with paediatric clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A commitment to person-centred and family-centred care
• The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
