Ability-Action-Australia is seeking an Occupational Therapist to empower children and families across home, community, and clinic settings. You’ll manage a varied caseload, conduct assessments, and develop individualized goals with a focus on evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload aligned to your interests.
• Conduct clinical assessments across emotional, cognitive, developmental and physical functions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions.
• Provide environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings.
• Recommend and facilitate Assistive Technology to promote independence.
• Stay compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines.
• Collaborate within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
