Job summary

Inside Out Therapy is seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Brisbane northside clinics in Kallangur. You will see no more than six clients per day, four days per week, allowing time for thoughtful, individualised therapy.

You will deliver play-based, neurodiversity‑affirming therapy and collaborate with families and our multidisciplinary team to translate progress into home and school settings.

Qualifications

• Required degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Passion for paediatrics and supporting neurodivergent children.
• Current Working With Children Check or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver play-based, relationship-focused therapy.
• Support emotional, attentional and sensory regulation in children.
• Build independence, participation and confidence in daily life.
• Develop meaningful therapy plans using formal and informal assessments.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team and families.
• Translate therapy into home, school and everyday environments.
• Provide thoughtful, individualised therapy with limited caseload.
