The Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne in Parkville, VIC, invites applications for a Paediatric Oncologist to provide sabbatical cover in the Children’s Cancer Centre. This fixed-term, 1.0 FTE position supports high-quality, evidence-based care for children with cancer.

You will supervise trainees, contribute to education and research, and work with a multidisciplinary CCC team to advance patient-centred care.

• Demonstrated excellence in the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based paediatric oncology clinical care to children and their families
• Commitment to a patient and family-centred approach to care
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Providing expertise and oversight of the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based clinical care for children with cancer diagnoses, and their families.
• You will deliver strong and supportive supervision of trainee and junior medical staff, and contribute to the education and research programs of the Children’s Cancer Centre.
