Our client has been providing child and family centred therapy for over 10 years.Their mission is toempower children and their families to nurture children’s development throughout childhood. Due to their continued success, they now boast a team of 10 Occupational Therapists who all love what they do!

This role is suited for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys supervising others and wants to work within a collaborative team that loves learning. The clinic is located in the Five Dock area of Sydney. Flexible starting date is available. Full-time and part-time considered for this position.

What you will be doing:

• Supervising 2-3 New Graduate/Early Career Occupational Therapists
• Manage a reduced clinical caseload of ages 0-18
• Services include but are not limited to: fine and gross motor skills, self-regulation, school readiness, social skills plus much more
• Emphasis on evidence-based practice for intervention
• Predominantly clinic-based with occasional home and school visits
