Let's Talk Let's Eat Speech Pathology in Ormiston, QLD is seeking a paediatric Occupational Therapist with 3+ years' experience for a part-time role (2–3 days per week). You will join a multidisciplinary team and work across clinic, home and school settings.

Let's Talk, Let's Eat (LTLE) is an established and growing paediatric practice with clinics in Aspley, Ormiston, and Mackay. Until recently our team has been primarily comprised of Speech Pathologists. With our service in high demand, we are excited to welcome a team of Occupational Therapists to grow our multidisciplinary services. Our clinicians provide support and treatment to Private and NDIS funded clients with a range of communication, developmental, sensory and feeding difficulties. We have an established program of evidence based supervision, multidisciplinary learning and professional development, as well as excellent referral networks spanning schools, community health, hospitals and GPs. About the Role:

We currently have anexciting opportunityfor 1 Occupational Therapist with 3+ years experienceto become part of ourfriendly, dynamic and experienced team in a part-time capacity (Ideally 2-3 days per week) at our Ormiston office. Start date for this position is November 2026.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Assessing and treating children 0-18 years who have developmental difficulties both privately and in the NDIS space.

Supporting clients emotional, attentional and sensory regulation needs

Desire to grow skills in the area of paediatric feeding disorder, and Augmentative and Alternate Communication (AAC)

Working with the framework of a family and client centred practice, in our clinic, at family homes or in the community.

Independently managing your caseload, including documentation and file management

Supporting and inspiring your clients and colleagues.

You also possess:

A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy

Current Blue Card for Working with Children

Accreditation with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

C Class Driver's license and own vehicle

Experience and/or strong interest in Parent Training, Sensory Regulation, Neuroaffirming Practice, ASD, and Pediatric feeding (optional)

Proven ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Advanced interpersonal and written communication skills.
