Job summary

HealthcareLink Pty Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our paediatric therapy teams in Sydney. You will assess, diagnose, and treat motor, functional and sensory impairments in children, while documenting progress and outcomes.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and engage families to set goals and deliver tailored interventions. You will implement diverse therapy modalities, create individualised treatment plans, and train caregivers in home programs and assistive

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• AHPRA registration to practice.
• Minimum 2 years of post graduate paediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat paediatric motor, functional and sensory impairments with timely documentation.
• Create tailored treatment plans addressing age, abilities and family goals.
• Utilise multiple frames of reference (neurodevelopmental, sensory integration, motor learning) in practice.
• Provide caregiver training for assistive devices and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and coordinate with administrative staff.
