Job summary

Mediix, a Canberra-based paediatric clinic, invites an Occupational Therapist to join a committed team focused on children and families. You will work across early intervention and school-aged support, delivering therapy in clinic and community settings.

You will be supported by senior clinicians, with mentoring and a structured onboarding process. AHPRA registration is required or eligible; flexible full-time or part-time arrangements are offered to maintain work-life balance.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or eligibility to apply.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Strong communication skills with a warm, engaging approach.
• Open to both clinic- and community-based work.

Responsibilities

• Provide paediatric therapy across early intervention and school-aged caseloads.
• Deliver sessions in clinic and in community settings (schools, homes).
• Collaborate with families, educators and support networks.
• Manage and grow an established caseload with progressive independence.
