About the role

You'll work across a varied paediatric caseload with a mix of clinic sessions and community visits, including:

• Clinic-based and community-based therapy (homes + preschools)
• Afterschool appointmentsand Saturday mornings
• Report writing built into daytime scheduling
• Assessments and interventions including:
  
  • Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
  • Wheelchair / equipment assessments
  • Individual programs and after-school groups
  • More depending on your interests

Support is structured and consistent:

• Fortnightly supervision for all clinicians
• Monthly 1:1 with your line manager
• Monthly team case study review
• Weekly team meetings disusing learning + sharing points
• A dedicated Head of Clinical Practice with 30+ years' experience:

  • co-treats and can join sessions when cases are tricky
