Job summary

Coral Expeditions seeks an experienced Dive Instructor/Expedition Crew member to oversee safety and delivery of diverse dive opportunities for guests and crew. You will coordinate confined-water training and open-water dives, maintain equipment, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead snorkelling and diving activities, manage stock, and conduct risk assessments to protect guests and crew while delivering exceptional expedition experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in Natural Sciences or related field.
• PADI Dive Instructor Qualification with at least 2 years experience.
• First Aid & CPR certification.
• Passport is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Confined-Water Training for Introductory Dives for non-certified guests/crew.
• Coordinate and supervise Open-Water Dives for certified guests/crew.
• Maintain and repair all diving equipment and related gear.
• Manage water activities including snorkelling and diving events.
• Conduct monthly stocktake of gear and update logs.
