Job summary

St Vincent’s Health Australia is recruiting a Registered Nurse to join the Perioperative team in the theatres at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Sydney. The role offers permanent part-time or permanent employment and a salary of $41.58–$55 per hour plus superannuation.

The successful candidate will have theatre RN experience, PACU exposure, and current AHPRA registration, with strong communication and collaboration skills to work with surgeons and anaesthetists.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' Registered Nursing experience in theatres environment.
• Minimum 12 months experience in Anaesthetics and PACU and facilitating a safe recovery.
• Current AHPRA Registration (no restriction) DIV 1.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain detailed patient records and document nursing interventions.
• Provide high-quality perioperative care and support to patients and families.
