• Overseeing fruit processing from intake to dispatch, ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.
• Managing packhouse startup, seasonal planning, and staff recruitment to guarantee a smooth workflow.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, certified quality systems, and export protocols.
• Conducting internal audits and maintaining market access certifications to meet domestic and international standards.
• Collaborating with farm managers, quality control teams, and logistics staff to optimize the production process.
