Job summary

Health Focus Manufacturers is seeking motivated Packaging Operators to join our Filling and Packaging team in Queensland. You will operate filling, packing and labelling equipment while ensuring safe, efficient production to quality standards. Full training is provided as we invest in new automated technology and expand production capabilities.

Hours are 6:30am to 2:36pm, Monday to Friday. We value reliability, attention to detail and a positive attitude, with opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Ability to follow GMP and safety procedures.
• Good literacy and numeracy.
• Physically capable of manual and repetitive work.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate filling, packing and labelling equipment.
• Monitor product quality, output and equipment performance.
• Complete line cleaning, changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
• Follow GMP, quality, safety and production procedures.
• Accurately complete required production and quality records.
• Work with the team to achieve daily production targets and support continuous improvement.
