Job summary

Stone & Wood Murwillumbah is seeking motivated individuals to join our Packaging Production Team on a permanent full-time basis. The role operates on a rotating shift: Week 1 Day 6:00am-2:00pm, Week 2 Afternoon 2:00pm-10:00pm.

We value energy, curiosity and a can-do attitude, with a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement. Prior manufacturing or brewing experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn is enough.

Qualifications

• Background in science, trades, mechanics, engineering, or similar fields is valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate on a rotating shift schedule (Day/Afternoon) and support packaging production.
• Work with a tight-knit team to maintain safety, quality and efficiency in daily tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and standard operating procedures.
