SpaceX is seeking a Government Affairs Manager (Pacific) to advance state and local government relations across the Pacific region of the United States. You will lead legislative strategy, stakeholder engagement, and policy support to reflect SpaceX’s mission and initiatives.

You will build networks with officials and decision-makers, monitor policy developments, and assist the Director of Government Affairs with statewide priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience engaging with state and local leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes through community or political engagement.
• Knowledge of local government affairs practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with state and local leaders across the Pacific region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local government officials and regulators.
• Monitor and analyze local and regional policy developments.
• Prepare policy collateral and research materials.
• Support the Director of Government Affairs with statewide priorities.
