Job summary

CPB Contractors seeks an experienced People & Culture Advisor to deliver end-to-end HR support across Queensland project sites, including onboarding, mobilisation and industrial relations.

Based in Brisbane with regular travel to regional sites, you will partner with leaders and project teams to provide practical, commercially focused HR advice and solutions that support project delivery and workforce performance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
• Minimum five years' generalist P&C advisory experience.
• Experience with blue-collar/project workforces in construction/infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR support to leaders and employees across project sites.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and mobilisation.
• Support workforce planning and resource mobilisation for project operations.
• Coach on performance management, conduct, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Partner with leaders on employee and industrial relations matters in compliance with legislation and policies.
• Support recruitment activities and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate and facilitate learning and development programs.
• Build strong relationships with operational leaders to enable project delivery.
