Job summary

Ozmosis Leopold is seeking Peak Casual Sales Assistants to support the store during the busy peak trade period from mid-November to mid-January 2027. You will provide friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and assist with stock and promotions in a fast-paced surf/skate/ streetwear environment.

Successful candidates will be flexible across weekdays, weekends, holidays and late-night trading, with access to staff discounts and a supportive team culture at Ozmosis Leopold.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Able to work across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and peak periods.
• Energetic, friendly and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Keen to learn and contribute in a fast-moving store environment.

Peak trade is on the horizon, and we’re looking for great people to join the team at Ozmosis Leopold.

If you’re keen to gain retail experience, pick up extra hours and be part of a team that’s into surf, skate and streetwear, this could be the role for you.

This is a casual position supporting our store through the busy peak trade period, with opportunities for additional hours during key trading weeks.

We’re looking for Peak Casual Sales Assistants who can join the team from mid-November or December 2026 and support us through to mid-January 2027.

You’ll need full and flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, public holidays, late-night trade and key trading periods.
