Job summary

Ozmosis Cranbourne is seeking a Peak Casual Sales Assistant to support the store through the busy peak trade period. You’ll deliver great customer service, help customers find products and keep the store stocked and welcoming.

Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade is essential.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is helpful but attitude and energy matter most.
• Must have full and flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade.
• Interest in surf, skate and streetwear is a plus.

Peak trade is on the horizon, and we’re looking for great people to join the team at Ozmosis Cranbourne.

If you’re keen to gain retail experience, pick up extra hours and be part of a team that’s into surf, skate and streetwear, this could be the role for you.

This is a casual position supporting our store through the busy peak trade period, with opportunities for additional hours during key trading weeks.

We’re looking for Peak Casual Sales Assistants who can join the team from mid-November or December 2026 and support us through to mid-January 2027.

You’ll need full and flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, public holidays, late-night trade and key trading periods.
