Hireup is an online platform connecting people with disability to local support workers across Australia. We invite compassionate workers to join our roster and match with clients in their area.

As a support worker, you will search and message clients, accept shifts that fit your schedule, and help clients with personalised care. Hours are flexible and set in agreement with the individual or family you support.

Qualifications

• Valid NDIS Screening Check.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion.
• National police check (issued within the last 24 months).
• First Aid certificate.
• Unrestricted Australian drivers licence if providing transport.
• State specific checks, depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Duties set and agreed by the person you support or their family.
• You are invited to reach out to people seeking support where the job appeals to you.
• Hours/Days of Work are flexible and scheduled with individuals or families.
