Job summary

Guzman y Gomez (GYG) Casula is seeking a Shift Leader for overnight shifts to guide team performance and guest service in a fast-paced dining environment. The role emphasizes coaching, safety, and quality in a casual fast-food setting.

You will lead overnight shifts on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, with access to comprehensive training and growth opportunities within the Guzman y Gomez network. Flexible rosters and employee benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate completed or willingness to complete.
• Responsible Serving of Alcohol certificate completed or willingness to undertake.
