Job summary

LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services is seeking experienced Overnight Public Area Cleaners in Sydney for part-time or casual roles. You will service a 4-star hotel, cleaning public areas, assisting room attendants, and handling guest requests, with a rotating night shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

The ideal candidate has a friendly, enthusiastic attitude, strong organisational skills, and full Australian working rights. Availability across a 4-day rotating roster is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean the hotel Public Areas, reporting to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Assist the Room Attendants as needed and fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain guest room pantries and ensure equipment is clean and in working order.
• Answer guest requests and assist wherever possible.
• Support team and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

About the Role...

We are currently seeking experienced, service-focused Overnight Public Area Cleaners to service a 4 star hotel in Sydney. Part Time or Casual opportunities are available to the right candidates.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor/ Manager, you will be responsible for the cleaning of the Hotel Public Areas. Assisting the room Attendants as requested and delivering Guest requests. You will also be required to maintain guest room pantries and ensure all equipment is in clean working order. Additionally, you will help answer guest requests and assist where possible.

About You...

You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to have positive involvement and interaction with both guests and the overall Hotel team.

Overnight Public Area cleaners MUST be available Monday to Sunday, 11.00pm to 7.00am for a rotating roster as a minimum. Hours will vary dependent on hotel occupancy and will involve overnight shifts.

You must have at least 4 days availability to work over a rotating roster.
