Job summary

Camp Australia in Windsor, NSW is seeking Educators to join our team for before school, after school, and holiday programs. You will help children grow, learn and create lasting memories in a safe, engaging environment.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with children and families, with a focus on safety and compliance. A childcare-related Diploma or willingness to study, WWCC/Blue Card, and First Aid certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• Completed, studying, or willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check / Blue Card / Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability between 6:30 am-9:00 am & 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program.
• Take part in daily activities for primary-aged children.
• Prepare and serve healthy snacks, and build relationships with children, families and the local school community.

As an educator with us, you'll be at the heart of all the fun and excitement, whether it's before school, after school, or during school holidays, you'll be the one helping children grow, learn and make lasting memories.

In this role, you’ll maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program. Take part in daily activities for primary-aged children. Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks, and build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.
