Job summary

Camp Australia is seeking an Outside School Hours Care Educator for Rockhampton South vacation care shifts. You’ll create a safe, engaging program for primary-aged children before/after school and during holidays, including snack preparation and activities.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, with a childcare-related Diploma in progress or completed, and hold or be willing to obtain Blue Card, National Safety Training, and required First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis/Asthma certificates.

Qualifications

• Engaging, enthusiastic approach to childcare.
• Currently studying or completed a childcare-related Diploma.
• Blue Card validation or willingness to obtain.
• National Child Safety Training or willingness to obtain.
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates or willingness to obtain.
• Availability 6:30 am–9:00 am & 2:30 pm–6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

ABOUT YOU

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
