Job summary

Camp Australia in Hurstville is seeking an Outside School Hours Care Educator to support before school, after school, and holiday programs. You will help children grow, learn, and build lasting memories in a safe, supportive environment.

You will work with families and the local school community, delivering engaging activities and ensuring healthy snacks while upholding child safety standards.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare.
• Completed or currently studying a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).

As an educator with us, you'll be at the heart of all the fun and excitement, whether it's before school, after school, or during school holidays, you'll be the one helping children grow, learn and make lasting memories.

In this role, you’ll maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program. Take part in daily activities for primary-aged children. Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks, and build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.

ABOUT YOU

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.


• You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent


• Valid Working with Children Check / Blue Card / Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain).


• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).


• Availability between 6:30 am-9:00 am & 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
