Job summary

Camp Australia in Geelong is seeking Educators to support children before school, after school and during school holidays. You will help children grow, learn and create lasting memories within a safe, engaging program at local schools.

You’ll work with families and school communities, delivering healthy snacks and activities, while upholding child safety and wellbeing as a top priority. Availability from 6:30 am to 9:00 am and 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare.
• Willing to study or hold a childcare-related Diploma.
• Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
• Availability 6:30–9:00 and 14:30–18:30, Mon–Fri.

In this role, you’ll maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program. Take part in daily activities for primary-aged children. Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks, and build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.

ABOUT YOU

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid Child Protection Early Childhood Learning Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability between 6:30 am-9:00 am & 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
