Job summary

MACSEYE is recruiting an Outside School Hours Care Coordinator for Geelong West. The role is part-time, overseeing daily operations from 7:00am–9:00am and 3:00pm–6:00pm, with weekly admin time.

You will lead educators, foster connections with families and schools, and ensure a safe, engaging program for children. Applicants should have a Diploma level ACECQA qualification (or be working towards it) and childcare experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards.
• Experience in childcare or early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and collaborative spirit.

Are you passionate about shaping the future by fostering a nurturing and vibrant environment for children? At MACSEYE, we’re dedicated to creating exceptional out of school and early learning experiences that support every child's growth and development.

Lead and manage daily operation of our Geelong West OSHC service. The hours will be Monday to Friday 7:00am - 9:00am, and 3:00pm - 6:00pm, plus 2 hours of admin each week. Oversee a team of educators, build relationships with children, families and school communities.
