As Program Manager, you’ll work closely with a dedicated on-site leadership team. Your leadership isn’t all from behind a desk, it’s on the floor, in ratio, side by side with your team.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll provide daily coaching, guidance, and practical support. You’ll be a familiar, trusted face for families and children, while also being the steady presence that ensures everything runs smoothly. Think of yourself as the captain of the ship, steering the course, supporting your crew, and ensuring everyone arrives safely and smiling.
