This is a permanent, part‑time opportunity. You will support the Director of Service and lead the Early Childhood Learning (ELC) 2nd‑in‑charge in setting up and tearing down zones, ensuring a warm, engaging environment that complies with all industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Caring, organized and a skilled communicator – lead the team in setup/pack‑up of zones.
• Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies.
• Assist with creation and implementation of enriching experiences for primary‑aged children.
• Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
• Play and have FUN with primary‑school aged children.
• Support compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma qualification in Early Childhood (equivalent or working towards it) – as per ACECQA standards.
• Previous experience in an Early Childhood setting, before/after school care or education.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and still a big kid at heart.
• Confident communicator with children, parents, team members and school principals.
• Strong team player with excellent problem‑solving skills and a can‑do, positive attitude.
• Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children.
