Hunter New England Local Health District in Maitland Hospital seeks an experienced Nurse Unit Manager Level 2 to lead Outpatient Services. You will shape strategic direction, deliver safe, patient-centred care, and drive improvements in access and pathways within a dynamic hospital setting.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, promote evidence-based practice, and collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to optimise service delivery and workforce development.
