Bloomingdale's Outlet in Moranbah, QLD is seeking a Team Leader to drive sales through outstanding customer service and expert product knowledge. You will model the brand's Fun, Fresh and Fast Selling culture while supporting daily store operations, merchandising, and staffing.
The role requires flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, with opportunities for bonuses and growth within a team-focused environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse customers and peers.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Frequent use of computers and handheld devices; comfortable with technology.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Supervise in the absence of the Outlet Store Manager or Store Leader.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate sales/promotions to the team.
- Train and coach on selling expectations and customer relationship building.
- Collaborate with Store Leader to execute merchandising, logistics, and visual directives.
