Job summary

The North Face in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and grow sales in an outdoor-focused environment.

You will work closely with your team across sales, visual merchandising and inventory management, with opportunities to step up as Store Manager in the absence of the store leader. Previous retail experience and a passion for the outdoors are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail Certificate an advantage but not essential.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or 2-3 years experience in a retail sales role.
• Computer literate.
• Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a team and drive sales.
