Job summary

Belgravia Outdoor Education seeks Outdoor Educators for a fixed-term 12-month contract starting 18 January 2027, to deliver journey-based programs across Victoria and NSW while living regionally. The role involves leading groups in remote environments, multi-day expeditions, and creating life-changing experiences for students.

We require Wilderness First Aid, WWCC, and a driver license; a strong focus on safety and wellbeing is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold Wilderness First Aid Qualification.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Current unrestricted Driver Licence (ideal).
• Experience leading outdoor education journey-based programs.
• Strong commitment to risk management, student wellbeing and child safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead students on multi-day journey programs.
• Deliver canoeing, bushwalking, camping and expedition experiences.
• Assess and manage risk to ensure student safety.
• Coordinate programs across Victoria and NSW.
