Set in a unique natural environment, Maroon Outdoor Education Centre provides immersive learning experiences in 3-5 day residential outdoor education programs that connect students to themselves, others and the world around them.

Qualifications

• Experience in outdoor education or adventure-based learning is preferred.
• Eligible for registration with the Queensland College of Teachers and for employment with the Queensland Department of Education.

Responsibilities

• Teach and inspire students through outdoor and experiential learning.
• Facilitate learning through high challenge, camping, expedition, canoeing and group problem solving activities.
• Work extended hours including regular night and overnight programs.
