Job summary

The City of Parramatta is seeking a Cleansing Services Officer to maintain and improve Parramatta's public domain, promoting the city as Australia’s next great city. You will perform self-managed cleansing tasks and support the Cleansing Services team to ensure assets are well cared for.

Role requires physical capability, reliability and a willingness to work in outdoor conditions; licences include NSW Driver Licence and White Card.

Qualifications

• Experience in outdoor/operational roles.
• Ability to work in physical outdoor conditions.
• Reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify illegal dumps, litter picking, pressure washing, amenities and BBQ cleaning within the public domain.
• Undertake tasks to support cleansing services and maintain assets and facilities.
• Undertake inspections of the public domain to minimise liability.
