About the Role

From Mon–Fri (12–8 pm), with a rotating Tue–Sat roster every second week (weekdays 12–8 pm, Sat 9–5 pm), you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 12 outbound staff, ensuring productivity, attendance, and sales targets are consistently met.
  • Coach and mentor your team through call listening, one‑on‑ones, and huddles to lift conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Drive a fun and energetic culture by motivating staff, running engagement activities, and celebrating milestones.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback, partnering with trainers to upskill staff and address underperformance.
  • Collaborate with the National Call Centre Manager on reporting, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
  • Track KPIs and outbound conversion targets, ensuring results are achieved through coaching and motivation.
About You
  • You come from an outbound sales environment where chasing targets, converting leads, and overcoming objections are second nature.
  • Now that you’ve mastered the art of sales calls, you’re looking to build on that experience. You may have already mentored teammates or coached peers, and now you’re ready to help others succeed.
