Our Breathing Space is hiring independent clinicians to deliver person-centred care across Sydney, including home visits and clinic settings. Roles cover Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Exercise Physiology, and Massage therapy with room to grow a client base.

We value warmth, autonomy, and professional collaboration in a flexible, supportive environment with opportunities to see private clients and expand into studio services.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Australia with AHPRA registration if applicable.
• AHPRA registration or equivalent for the relevant clinician.
• ESSA accreditation for Exercise Physiologists and related roles.
• Diploma qualification for Remedial Massage Therapists.
• ABN and mandatory background checks where required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalised treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality therapy aligned with client goals and needs.
• Monitor and review client progress.
• Maintain clear clinical documentation.
• Build rapport with clients and families.

We operate a boutique clinic within a fully equipped Pilates studio, based in Cammeray, with opportunity for driven clinicians to build and take ownership of their own client base.

We also support older adults to remain independent, confident, and connected within their homes and communities through mobile Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Remedial Massage Therapy services across Sydney.

The Opportunity

We are currently welcoming subcontractor:

• Occupational Therapists
• Clinical Pilates Instructors
• Exercise Physiologists
• Physiotherapists
• Podiatrists
• Remedial Massage Therapists

to join our growing team.

Most of our work is mobile, providing services in clients’ homes and aged care settings across Sydney- particularly throughout South West Sydney, the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Hills District, and Lower North Shore- though referrals are not limited to these areas.

Alongside mobile work, there is also opportunity to:

• see private clients from our boutique Cammeray clinic
• utilise a treatment room for your own personal clients
• access studio space for your own Pilates client base
• grow your own clinical interests within a supportive environment

We’re especially suited to clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client relationships over high-volume, back-to-back care.
