Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking a motivated recent graduate Occupational Therapist to join our 2027 Graduate Program. If you're graduating in 2026 and want a supportive environment with mentorship, you’ll fit right in.

You'll work with participants in the community or clinic, complete assessments, write reports, and help participants achieve goals. We offer supervision, a competitive salary of 86,800 AUD including super, travel reimbursement, PD allowance, and flexible work locations.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration.
• Curious and compassionate.
• Excited to learn and try new things.

Responsibilities

• Supporting participants in the community or clinic.
