Job summary

Complete Care Osteopathy in Lilydale, Melbourne's eastern suburbs, invites a dedicated Osteopath to join our expanding team. You’ll work with experienced osteopaths, myotherapists, and remedial massage therapists in a welcoming clinic with an on-site Clinical Pilates studio and a modern space.

This contractor role offers flexible scheduling, an opportunity to build an established caseload from day one, transparent per-consultation earnings, and 12% superannuation, backed by strong staff

Qualifications

• Dedicated osteopath with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Must be dedicated to the patient experience and professional care.
• Experience or interest in Clinical Pilates is not essential but would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a Contractor Osteopath with flexible scheduling.
• Earn through transparent per-consultation fees plus 12% superannuation.
• Receive reception support 6 days per week.
• Treat in a modern space with natural light and on-site Clinical Pilates studio.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including myotherapists and remedial massage therapists.
• Participate in staff development and mentorship programs.

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced osteopaths, myotherapists and remedial massage therapists who share a genuine commitment to patient care.

They will also have immediate access to an established caseload from day one and enjoy a modern, light-filled treating space, including an on-site Clinical Pilates studio.
