Job summary

XPT Software Australia PTY Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Oil & Gas sector to manage production allocation systems and ensure timely delivery of project objectives. You will liaise with client representatives, coordinate meetings, and maintain registers for actions and lessons learned.

The role requires OSI PI experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to identify risks and opportunities while coordinating contractor personnel to complete works efficiently.

Qualifications

• Oil & Gas domain knowledge is required.
• OSI PI practical experience and expertise.
• Production allocation system understanding in Oil & Gas.
• Coordinate communication, meetings, reviews and workshops as required.

• Maintain and action item register, including prioritising and expediting actions.
• Identify and notify of any emergent risks, opportunities, threats, concerns, hazards, or incidents.
• Manage competencies of the Contractor personnel.
