This Service Manager role is to oversee a large OSHC service in Harrison,with an existing team of Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator, and Educators, this service is designed for excellence. Licensed for over 180 children per day, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-quality OSHC program.

About the role:
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state-specific office, regular visits and mentorship from an experienced Regional Leader.The role is fulltime (38 hours per week), structured in block shifts to support work-life balance, with approximately 5.5 hours per week in direct ratio hours, along with responsibilities as an Educational Leader.
