Job summary

anzuk Education is seeking enthusiastic OSHC Assistants to join our casual team in Geelong. You will support before and after school care, helping children engage in activities and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

You don?t need to be fully qualified—candidates studying or with relevant certifications aligned to Victorian ACECQA National Quality Framework are encouraged to apply. Split shifts may apply, and you will be paired with a supportive consultant to simplify scheduling.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or completed in Education or Childcare fields.
• Ability to engage and support children in a school-based OSHC setting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to activities and routines.

Your qualifications (completed or in progress)

We welcome candidates studying or qualified in areas such as:

• Education (Primary, Secondary, Early Childhood)
• Children’s Services
• Community Services
• Education Support
• Disability or Nursing
• Sport & Recreation / Physical Education
• OSHC or related fields
• Health or Allied Health (e.g. Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Music Therapy, and more)

Working hours

• Before School Care: 6:30am – 9:00am
• After School Care: 2:30pm – 6:30pm
• Vacation Care: 6:30am – 6:30pm

Work both before and after school on the same day? You’ll receive a split shift allowance.
