Job Description

Our Outside School Hours Care service, Mango Hill State School Helping Hands, is looking for a passionate Permanent Educator to assist the service and provide engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 15 hours per week (guaranteed minimum).

You will work across split shifts to support the service’s operating hours Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 8:30am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:30pm – 6:30pm (Stay and Play Program). You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too!

🌱 About the role

Working in a team of Educators, you will have support of a Coordinator to seamlessly run before and after school care for children aged 5-12 years:

  • Facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
  • Work with a team of skilled Educators onsite
