Job summary

MACSEYE is seeking casual OSHC educators to join our team across Melbourne's outer West, from Footscray to Derrimut. Shifts run 7:00am–9:00am and 3:00pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, offering flexibility for study or family commitments.

You will deliver engaging activities, foster safe environments, and partner with families to support children's development while upholding child safety standards.

Qualifications

• Commitment to high-quality OSHC or early learning environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families and team members.
• Current Cert III or Diploma in ACECQA recognised qualification (or actively studying).
• Must have valid First Aid, CPR, WWCC and Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, child-centred activities during OSHC sessions.
• Foster safe, inclusive environments and positive relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver meaningful learning experiences and wellbeing support.
