Our Outside School Hours Care service, Dawson ParkOSHClub, is looking for a passionatePermanent Educator to assist the service and provide engaging programs for our primary‑age children. This is a permanent part‑time opportunity offering a minimum of 15 hours per week (guaranteed minimum).
You will work across the service’s Before School Care (Rise Then Shine) shifts of Monday to Friday, 6:45 am to 8:45 am and the services After School Care (Stay and Play Program) shifts of Monday – Friday, 2:15 pm – 5:15 pm. You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too!
Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll help create a welcoming and enriching environment for children aged 5‑12 years old. Your role will include:
Facilitating exciting, child‑led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts – whatever you and the kids love!
Building strong relationships with children, families, and the school community.
Collaborating with a team of skilled Educators to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program.
You’ll work split shifts Monday – Friday across the services opening hours of:
Morning: 6:30 am – 8:45 am (Rise then Shine Program)
Afternoon: 2:45 pm – 6:00 pm (Stay and Play Program)
School Holidays: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm (Holiday HQ Program)
No formal experience? No problem! We’ll provide all the training you need. We’re looking for someone who:
