Job summary

TheTheirCare is seeking an Outside of School Hours Care Educator in Melbourne to join a dynamic team. You will help children feel safe, included and heard while delivering engaging OSHC programs before and after school and during holidays.

With ongoing training and wellbeing support, you’ll grow your career in a supportive environment that values safety, inclusion, and high-quality care for families and children.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare is desirable.
• ACECQA approved qualification required or in progress.
• Working with Children Check and relevant state certifications.
• Desirable: HLTAID012 First Aid in a childcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Help children feel safe, included, confident & heard.
• Bring creativity, energy & personality to the program.
• Deliver engaging experiences for children, families and staff.
• Support safety, inclusion and positive supervision during shifts.
