Job summary

St Joseph's Memorial School in Norwood, SA, is seeking an energetic Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Director to lead and support our OSHC team, delivering high-quality before school care, after school care, and vacation programs in line with national standards.

The role focuses on leadership, program development, safety, family engagement, regulatory compliance, and daily operations while building strong connections with children, families, and staff to foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and strong organisational skills.
• Current RRHAN-EC certificate.
• HLTAID012 First Aid certificate.
• WWCC and Catholic Clearance.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the OSHC team.
• Oversee the planning and delivery of engaging, inclusive, child-focused programs.
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment that supports children's learning, wellbeing, and development.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider community.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative, and organisational requirements.
• Manage daily operations, administration, staffing, and service quality improvement processes.
